Resolution Reset is a small group 5-week challenge that is intended to inspire, motivate and set the foundation for lasting habit change so that health & happiness is inevitable in 2024!

This transformational challenge combines virtual life coaching with in-person sweat sessions that focus on FUN! This program has been specifically designed for women who are ready for real lasting change...and to be done with the yoyo effects of traditional diet & exercise once and for all.


We all intuitively know that diet and exercise are important components to a healthy life. However, making significant changes in that department can feel like a losing battle, and we often end up right back where we started. The simple fact is that without addressing things like limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, self-image and self-worth your physical efforts will feel more like punishment and that's just not sustainable. Eventually you'll find your way back to your previous state which is more comfortable (even if it means you stay miserable). When we combine small manageable action steps with the inner work to shift, rewrite & reprogram all that is keeping you stuck, healthier choices become easier & more effortless....hello sustainability!

In this 5-week foundational challenge you can expect to:

  • Uncover the hidden culprits that are keeping you stuck

  • Upgrade your self-worth & self-image so that making healthy choices isn't a struggle, but just what you naturally do

  • Rewrite & reprogram your present mindset with positive empowering beliefs that keep you motivated

  • Take small manageable steps in the direction of your goals to build confidence and maximize success

  •  Receive support & accountability from loving leaders and other like-minded women who are also ready to shine! 

How It Works...


Monday night ZOOM Strategy sessions with Ashley (5:30pm - 6:30pm)

  • These live group coaching Zoom calls will serve to deliver new information, discuss the focus/challenge for the week ahead, work through challenges, and celebrate our wins

  • Our first Zoom will take place at the same time but on Tuesday, Jan 2nd due to the New Year's Day holiday

Wednesday morning PowerFit classes (8:30am - 9:15am @ Move Studio in Metairie)

  • PowerFit is a fun, high-energy fitness class. You can expect 45 minutes of fitness-fun with awesome music & coaching

  • Maggie and/or Ashley will be with you at this Wednesday morning class to ensure you feel supported and motivated

  • If you are unavailable for a Wednesday morning class, you are welcome to attend another PowerFit class on your own

  • For best results it is strongly encouraged that you attend live, but at-home workouts will also be available each week  

Saturday morning Move & Groove classes (9:30am - 10:30am @ Move Studio in Metairie)

  • Move & Groove is a beginner level dance class that focuses on fun repetitive movement to help you werk up a sweat 

  • Maggie and/or Ashley will be teaching each Saturday for the duration of your challenge

  • If you are unavailable for a Saturday class, you are welcome to attend another Move dance class that week on your own

Weekly 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls 

  • Each participant will receive a thirty-minute 1:1 coaching call with Ashley each week to troubleshoot and reframe any personal challenges/obstacles and to receive extra support for greater success

  • 1:1 calls are coordinated directly with Ashley to best fit into your schedule each week


This option is perfect for anyone who:

  • Is excited about this challenge, but can't make the full commitment work with your busy schedule

  • Already has a regular fitness routine, but wants to supplement with life coaching to enhance physical & mental results

  • Doesn't live in the New Orleans area and just wants the coaching and guidance component of the RR challenge

  • Anyone looking for coaching & accountability for a more manageable investment 

What you get?

  • FIVE 60-minute Zoom strategy sessions that will help you identify and upgrade your specific limiting beliefs & self-sabatoging behaviors, provide beneficial insights, exercises and challenges to step closer to your goals each week

  • FIVE 30-minute 1:1 calls with Ashley (1 each week) to receive extra support through challenges, get a dose of motivation to keep you on track, work on personalized goal setting, etc.

  • Replay of kickoff Zoom session on the power of the unconscious
