The Inner Dance Teen Werkshops are open to ages 13-18.

Choreography will be Intermediate with some Advanced elements in order to adequately challenge & inspire participants to step out of their comfort zone in a supportive environment! 13 and 14 year olds who don't have as much experience are welcome to join the Pre-teen classes if they feel more comfortable with Beginner/Intermediate level choreography.

Comfortable dance or workout attire is suggested. Expressing your personal style is encouraged! We will have a water station availalbe throughout the werkshop, but please bring your own water bottle to refill. Stay hydrated super stars! Also bring a notebook (journal) and pen to write down all of the inspirations from your empowerment coaching sessions. ​
