✨ WELCOME TO “THE SHIFT”

Subconscious Reprogramming audio series - listen, learn & level-up!

This series was created to support you as you step into the deeper work your beautiful soul is ready for. Each meditation is designed to gently open your awareness, reconnect you with your truth, and help you release the patterns that no longer serve who you’re becoming. There’s no “right” way to move through these — your only instructions are to relax, listen, and let whatever arises be exactly what you’re meant to experience. You can always return to these tracks, and each time you do, new insights will meet you.

For the richest experience, listen when you can be still and uninterrupted. Breathe slowly, soften your body, and allow yourself to receive. After each track, take a few minutes with the journal prompts to anchor what surfaced. If you notice yourself trying to force clarity or manufacture what you think you “should” be thinking, gently let that go. These meditations are here to ground you, expand you, and remind you of your own power every time you return to them.

SHIFT 1 — THE INNOCENT ONE

⬩➤ What did my innocent self want me to remember about who I really am?

⬩➤ What becomes possible when I stop operating from that protective belief and return to my original essence?

SHIFT 2 — THE PATH OF STONES

⬩➤ What unconscious belief did I discover, and how has it been shaping my choices and results?
⬩➤ What moments or patterns did I recognize where this belief was running the show?
⬩➤ What new belief am I choosing now, and how does it feel in my body?

SHIFT 3 — THE EXCHANGE

⬩➤ What old identity or way of being did I release in the exchange?
⬩➤ What gift did my future self offer me, and what did it awaken in me?
⬩➤ How will I show up differently now that I’ve integrated this new identity?

SHIFT 4 — THE BRIDGE

⬩➤ What recurring pattern did I see on the bridge, and what old belief was driving it?
⬩➤ How did the new version of me respond differently, and what made that possible?
⬩➤ Where in my real life can I practice this new response next?

SHIFT 5 — THE FULL SPECTRUM

⬩➤ Which parts of myself have I been choosing between, and why?
⬩➤ What became possible when I integrated all aspects of myself in the meditation?
⬩➤ Where in my life can I begin showing up as my full, multidimensional self?
